A 30 minute, one on one, personal goal setting coaching call with Kim before the program begins to help you set your goals, and create a custom plan for you to reach them.

Three 60 minute online group health coaching sessions on lifestyle, mindfulness and plant based nutrition practices and how to implement them into your life. These sessions are transformative as you connect, learn from and support other people in the program. These sessions will be recorded and emailed to you if you miss it.

Accountability & Support - This isn't a "do it yourself" program - Kim will be with you every step of the way to answer questions, support you through any challenges and inspire you to take action. You'll have the tools and knowledge to continue your healthy lifestyle even after the program ends.

Each week we'll have a 60 minute online Zoom group coaching session where you'll be introduced to healthy lifestyle and plant based nutrition practices and how to implement them into your life. These sessions are transformative as you'll connect, learn from and support others in the program.

We'll also chat about your progress, challenges and I'll answer all your questions. These sessions will be recorded and emailed to you if you miss it.

DO I HAVE TO BE OR WANT TO GO FULLY PLANT BASED?

Nope! This program is for you if you’re looking to incorporate more plant based meals, are curious about how to go plant based or are already plant based but need new inspiration and want an overall healthier lifestyle.

 

WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM ALONG WITH THE COACHING CALLS?

You'll also get a 1-1 personal goal setting coaching session with Kim before the Reset begins, a 21 day plant based meal plan full of simple, healthy recipes (gluten free options included), a plant based nutrition guide, accountability (priceless) and email support. Plus a few special bonuses!

 

WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER 3 WEEKS?

No, you'll have access to the coaching session recordings for 6 months and you can download the meal plans, recipes and lessons/worksheets to keep forever.

 

DO I NEED TO BE GOOD IN THE KITCHEN?

Absolutely not! I’ll teach you how to eat plant based easily and simply with regular foods you can find at the grocery store. No kitchen or cooking experience necessary.

Don't worry - that's what I'm here for. I'll guide you through the program and help make it easy and accessible, regardless of your nutrition or wellness knowledge. Plus I'll be here to answer your questions - you won't be alone.

 

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

Absolutely! With a morning or evening option for the coaching sessions, you can hopefully find a time that works in your schedule. If you can’t make it, you'll get the recording so you can watch it anytime that works for you. You'll also get email support for the entire 21 days so you can ask your questions anytime.
